Why Trump Is The Right President for the USA

There are so many things to be said about the results of the 2024 general election. Truthfully, there is a lot ot be said about the state of our elections since 2012. But today, we will focus on the 2024 results. Trump, with all his flaws, has been a very successful candidate in an era where people are bombarded with lot of information 24/7. Those who continue to dismiss this success have not been paying attention to the changes in the behaviours of American voters.

For years, more Americans have been geeting less interested in acquiring knowledge. Our educaton system is the worst in the developed world. Politics and education do not mix. But in America, education has been extremely politicised at the expense of the children. As a result you have a large adult population that truthfully is illiterate. In 2016, Trump bodly stated he loved the uneducated and the left took it as an unforgivable insult. But he wasn't wrong. Over half of the population in this county don't have a college degree. And the numbers are very disappointing for those with post graduate degrees. This is a country with the best higher learning institutions in the world yet education is such an unachievable goal for many. Trump has been successful in breaking through all the noise that we now call news because he is able to capture the attention of a specific group of voters that are necessary to win the election; the struggling middle class with no college degrees. Even though he was reaised in privilege, he speaks to these people like he is one of them. Some of the things Trump says, to the educated, he sounds like a buffoon, but to these people he speaks their language and he says what they are thinking.

To understand that you have to go back to the decades of constant attacks on the education system.

Years of putting a lot of effort and money in test taking than in the quality of information being given to children. Years of unchecked rising college costs that left over half of USA households with crippling student debt an useless degrees and the other half unable to attend college. Years of not preparing graduating student for a market that is increasingly depent on technology. To sum it, the students coming out of colleges are not ready to join a workforce that requires specialized knowledge and skills. Yet young people still think they can waste four years of college figuring themselves out. Then we have the audacity to ask these people to care about strangers while they are struggling to make it in this very treacherous economy.

All these people want is solutions to their problems, dismissing them will never win you elections. They will accept anything that for a second makes them believe their ordeal is about to be over. So when you have someone like Trump enter the political lanscape and he is saying he can solve their problems because the solutions are very simple and he is the only one that can do it, it wouldn't matter if the candidate on the other side was Mother Theresa. There is no time for decency when people cannot afford to put a healthy meal on the table. There is no time to care about the rest of the world when jobs are not paying enough to afford a house. There is no caring about the rights of a protected group when their kids have no future in this country. If you want people to care about things that don't directly affect them, you must, at the least, listen to what they are telling you. The left is full of self involved easily offended people who believe they are always right, they have no room to listen.

In this moment, all people want is to see is some honesty in politicians. What most of us don't understand is that honesty does not mean truth. Politicians never tell the truth. But they can be honest about lying. Trump lifted the lid on this charade that has been going on for so long in Washington. Most Americans still beleived that their repsresentatives in Washington had their best interests but they never saw any results. Politicians were scared to be honest about the issues that would disappoint most of their constituents. For example, to solve our immigration issues we have to take a tough stance on immigration. That means that we cannot allow scores of people to come in the country when Americans are struggling to survive. We have a serious homelessness probem in this counrty, how can you justify taking in more people? Trump is honest about this. You may not like his methods but he is honset about them. This economy doesn't work for everyone, the middle class are the most regulated group by the government. So, if you tell them their taxes are going to go down, they don't care who is going to pay for the tax cuts down the line. They just want the instant reprieve it brings them. Because no one is listening to them.

If Trump is going to make America worse, we deserve it. He is a representation of who we are as a country; uniformed, disoriented, angry, defeated and confused. If he is going to make America great again, a country where we all can succeed, then we deserve it, he will be a representation of what we want to be as a country; ambitious, strong, a place where we can all acheive our American dreams, yes I said dreams, it is time we wanted to be more than one thing. Regardless of how the next four years turn out, we have the right person in the White house, so let's all get used to it.
